If you would like to order additional literature and have it sent directly to your personal address on file please go ahead and follow the instructions below. In addition, the form allows you to provide an another shipping address to have promotional material sent to you which is beneficial if you are on the go and would like more literature.

2. Select Contact Us
3. Click "Promo Material Ordering"
4. Select which promotional materials you would like to order. They come in packs of 25 units.
