How to access Flashtech product information database
Once you log into your Info Center Click on Flashtech Product info located under the knowledgebase. This can be done from the sidebar or by clicking knowledge base located in the toolbar.
Multiple categories are available. The number next to each category will show the number of subcategories located within. Each selection will have detailed product information for all items in each category
By selecting one of the product options, you will be able to see an internal spec sheet for each product line.
Each product page has a table with information for that item. Links to pictures, wording and product manuals are available to all salespeople. This form auto updates in real time which ensures that the latest information is available at all times.
